3 quick thoughts:
1. Quick aside, but (what I assume to be a superimposed sketch of) 1SPT looks a bit taller than advertised (670'?).
2. Looks as if it's going to create a bit of a gap in context with DTB.
3. Terrace architecture will be IMO the next logical evolutionary step in American skyscraper development. There are too many examples of this trend everywhere else that prove to me at least that we're seriously behind the curve.
