Chop off about 200' of that 900' foot rendering we have from 2015, and I suspect that will be very similar as to what this project looks like. Those setback requirements on two sides really limit the options for a tall tower.

Wouldn't those setbacks do the opposite and increase the height? With over 700K of square feet, I don't see how they can have that much with the setbacks without going taller. I agree that the minimal will be around 700 feet but I would not be suprised at all if it was taller.
