the Boulangerie is a company that they bought out a few years ago. It was a local San Francisco based bakery that had a number of locations in the bay area. So Starbucks bought them out, the guy who sold seemed to believe that the sale would help him grow his brand and bakery across the states instead starbucks just shut his stores down or converted them and started stocking boulangerie products in their stores, the sale included all the bakery recipes. Kind dirty tactic but thats what they do.
