So he sold the concept I suppose to an eager bunch who thought they were going into a historic build (maybe low density), then he added a few floors and again sold the new vision to the second group (guessing first group could say hey what are you doing Harry), only to have yet another new vision of something yet to be determined (well not 30 storeys and not likely the most current view). Wonder how many more rounds of visioning he will take to get the density juuuuust right. Feel bad for those eager early ones.
