I want to believe too.
My aunt was CEO of the last textile company in there, on the top floor. I worked summers there in the 90s. The brick and beam and large windows would make for some sick lofts. However the building is a tinder box, 200 years of imbeded textile fibers fill every crack in the wood every hole in the brick. I fear this place will burn down if something does not happen soon. My cousin is also a Hamilton Fire Captain and he told me they are very worried about a fire in there.
