That entire block is being expropriated for LRT - which is why nothing has happened (and nothing will happen)...apparently the empty Popeye's was going to be a design centre/office for a major home developer and then they received notice from MetroLinx about the expropriation...same for the State Realty lot on the corner...the house/offices on the corner of Bold/Main are also being expropriated and will be out on April 1.
