They do actually, but they're not real old and the quality is so so to bad. At the top of Google Earth's screen above the imagery, there is a list of icons. There's one icon in the middle with a clock and a green arrow. You can click that and select the year.

You can also remove the 3D buildings by deselecting them from the layer check box on the left side. Click on "3D Buildings". That will remove them to make it easier to see the old satellite images of each block/property. For some odd reason, it doesn't remove the buildings as you go back in time. For example, 360 Condos was finished in 2008, but if you go back to 2003 it's still shown in 3D form.
