Yea that west facing side is not helping. Between that and the powerlines. The area in front of the public library and bridge is not ending up as grand as it could have been. Maybe they can add some LED billboards featuring local artwork then have moving designs at night to liven up the area. They could even shut the LED panels off after a certain time like around midnight on S-Th, 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Anything is better than a blank wall. Heck make it a living wall.
