I love that movie-theater building on Morgan next to the Ace Hotel. I wonder if those are ETFE pillows wrapping the building like Allianz Arena? If they glow at night, that would be so friggin' sweet.

Also, as a Pink Line rider, that will become my default choice of theater if built... so many great options for pre/post show dining and drinks...
