^ I like how a few of the buildings meet the street. I'm hoping that they will be smart enough to divvy the retail/commercial spaces up instead of having just 1 or 2 big spaces that aren't divisible. Also, it would be nice to see those spaces not shut down at 7pm since most of this is office space. Something that stays open until at least 10pm if it's more food type of space would probably do the neighborhood well.
I think this is supposed to complete in 2020 1Q - or at least the first phase. I can't imagine what West Loop will be like in 5 years if even half of the stuff that's been proposed is built by then.
