Most of the problem in Calgary was the asinine way in which King first brought it up. And timing. Saskatchewan' s e only was close to running at an all time high when the vote happened. It's a lot easier to get support from all the levels needed in those condotions. Let oil rebound a little more and I am pretty certain talks would go better. It sucks for.
