I know that Langley wants to be connected by SkyTrain rather than LRT, and I wonder if Corrigan will be more sympathetic to these grievances than Hepner is. I don't see him being able to cancel these projects unilaterally, but hopefully the misguided control that Hepner had could be scaled back a bit to fix this mess.
