So Lamb is working with Movengo on this project as well as on Television City. With all the gloss on Television City marketing it seems strange that Lamb would allow this amateur website by Movengo do the talking for 428 Main:

Brad Lamb doesn't even mention this project on his website. Back when the land purchase was made he talked of this project having 400 units, that rendering of a six floor low rise doesn't seem like a Lamb project.
Any thoughts?
