My understanding (possibly wrong but what I gleaned from prior discussion) was there wouldn't be any curbs, just different colour bricks or whatever they make the road out of, to delineate the roadway. But that the whole thing from wall to wall would be level for those days when it's closed for pedestrian only events. And of course, the up slopes at Wellington and Ridout from the regular roadway.
