This would really only benefit those looking down on it. The sides would still be exposed and it looks like something you'd want to go inside of. I think you need to cover all 4 sides completely then maybe add an artistic roof, but not make it look like a tourist attraction. IMO it should be similar to A Silicon Labs building, but just a shell with substation inside. Otherwise they should just relocate it.
