Hmm, that design is very so-so. It just looks generic to me. Not that it looks bad really, but I can think of a handful of buildings that resemble it. 5th & Colorado, IBC Bank Plaza. It just looks suburban. That "foggy" rendering makes it look like it would be more at home in the Domain than in downtown. I'm not even into the idea of much more height in that area of downtown - I think ~200 to 250 feet is fine, but I would hope the designs step it up a little since it tends to be kind of a meh area architecturally. There are a few standouts there (notably the Cambridge Tower, but most are just big brown boxes. I just think that area of downtown could use some help in creating a style of its own distinct from the rest of downtown.
