Here's a new one for Uptown New Westminster, from Orr Development at
616 & 640 Sixth Street (at 7th Avenue). Plan is for a 30-storey tower with 169 strata, and 68 rental units. I may be wrong, but I think this would be the tallest tower uptown.

Looks very different from anything else in the area. Only thing I would change is a heftier podium, possibly including office space.
