Here is an update to the Little Mountain adjacent area, where there has been a lot going on since the COV approved a policy for the community. I took these pics on Sunday.
Mosaic's
James Walk is now complete.
Boffo's two-building
EastPark development should be finished towards the end of the year.
The Crest by Forrester Group is essentially sold out so the houses should be coming down soon.
Aragon has recently begun construction on their development, called
Shift.
Here is the site again, with EastPark in the background.
A cohousing development is also planned for the area.
Another five properties were recently assembled and sold off so I suspect we'll be seeing another proposal soon.
And here's a quick map I made showing the location of each project. YELLOW = Complete; GREEN = Under Construction; BLUE = Proposed; PURPLE = Land Assembly. EastPark and The Crest are five stories tall. The rest, so far, are all six.
