The west side of the land has been surface parking for decades. A few buildings had existed there in the past but nothing significant that I know of. You can see a small 1 story building
here in the 50s or 60s.
The East side of the lot had a unique
4 floor Googie building for many years, but it had been torn down in 2009.
No buildings were torn down to make way for Frost.
