You're right, I retract Whitley as one of the shit boxes, but those other two...
21C came along when we were easily lured in by the rendering because it came post 80s boom and we were in need of a stylish tall and relatively slender point tower. If anything, that taught us not to believe everything that came down the pike. Even when it came with quite an elaborate plan including sculptures and art at street level if I recall. That bust was a bummer.
