July was the second busiest month ever at O'Hare in terms of total passengers with 7.5 million. International was at 1.3 million, the highest month ever, while domestic was 6.2 million, the second highest month ever. August and September could be even higher given the impact of Harvey on United's IAH operations (connecting pax to be rerouted through other hubs)
