I wish Cowboy would stop building. They have the worst building standards in Utah. Even worse then Ivory Homes. My sister lived in one of their apartment building down town. The place was only 3 years old and everything was falling apart. The floors were all squeaky and you could feel them moving. Cowboy properties is currently building the ghetto slums of the future... I guess South Salt Lake is a nice fit though.

I rode the S-line today. I was happy to see many more people then the last time I rode. I also like all of the development going on along the s-line. I really wish they would tear down those scary housing projects between 400 & 500 east along the s-Line and build some nice mixed income apartments. I would be really hesitent to live in any of the new apartments going up next to that current gehto.
