I think we missed this when it was noted at the beginning of June:
It's just north of the Burnet/Braker intersection, close to the IBM office/garage projects but a bit separated from the rest of the shopping/hotel options.
From what I've heard, that area needs more business transient rooms desperately, and this should make a (teensy) dent in demand.

The site plan for the Element was updated on 08/11 and seems close to approval. The hotel will be six stories with a six story parking garage. I can't tell if that means a 12-story structure or two sixes.
