Nice, and check this out. I was looking back on Novare's proposal for their TWELVE Domain project, which would have been a 28-story residential tower at the Domain back in 2007. We had a thread going on it, and Goldenboot mentioned there was (still is?) a 320 foot height restriction at the Domain. Here's the thread:
