I'm surprised to see the the North Shore parking garage goes all the way up to the roof of the podium. Actually come to think of it, it's been mentioned before but what a waste to not use the entire too of podium for green space. I just haven't taken a good look at it from this angle. Don't see why they couldn't have capped over that part. Those people facing west just above the shorter wing have a lovely view of all those air conditioners... Maybe the sound of them humming away is soothing as they stand or sit out on the balconies.
