Project: 460 Main Street (Roosevelt Island)

The Related Cos. and Hudson Cos. have filed plans with the city's Department of Buildings for a new rental complex on Roosevelt Island.
The project will be their eighth building on the island, according to The Real Deal. They plan to build a 21-story development with 341 units at 460 Main St.
The new building is part of what will become a nine-building complex totaling 2,000 new apartments on Roosevelt Island.
