Vin, if you run government like a private sector business by cutting expenditures on expensive/"non profitable" (BUT VITAL) social welfare/development programs (like public education etc.) you will end up with short-term budget surpluses but long-term human capital/social development losses/deficits (to harm B.C.'s first world standard of living/environmental quality)!
