the only thing I don't like is that it now makes the cibc look small, and until now the cibc was sort of one of the tallest buildings right at the end of the park, which directed your focus to it..

then again.. that site has had a history of altering the building to make it higher and higher and higher.. make that building even HIGHER now!

that or you know.. finally BUILD something on the goddamn Robinsons site.. it's annoying.. unlike other areas that were converted to parking lots, this one isn't even being USED for anything.. it's just an empty tooth socket.. it's feels like the zellers site of the north side replicated on the south side..

also itd be really cool if this new condo had projection art blasted onto its east side from a projector a few buildings away, so that when you come downtown you are met with something interesting, they did that in some other cities, it was really cool

I love when buildings are lit up, esp. like the ones in toronto, where the tops are lit up, or the"ribs" - a city comes alive the most at night - downtown used to be aglow with neon everywhere..
