*l* that's not how life works. The solution rested with the city not to allow residential in an area earmarked for entertainment. Instead the city opted to cave in to developers requests and the writing is on the wall as to what is going to happen. Aquillini has already stated that their new rental units are expected to limit the scope of some events they hold at the arena.
