Let's see how that looks in a few years. I find the city wants these projects to incorporate greenery which is fine. However, more often than not it's not properly maintained and things die and get overgrown with weeds. For example, I drove by opsal on Quebec yesterday, its a mess! If it's not going to be maintained I'd much rather see concrete/paving stones used
