I could understand the complaints about the design for this building, but there are so many other things they did right, that I can't help but love it. I mean, think about all of the things this building did that we don't see elsewhere:
1. Not 100% blue glass
2. Doesn't take up an entire city block with a parking podium
3. For that matter, doesn't have a parking garage taking up 50% of the building
4. Nice lighting/signs at top of building
5. Has a slightly unique design, even if it's only because it's two colors instead of gray
6. Is built on a thin piece of land, and gives room for more buildings near it.
7. (from renderings and news, at least) seems to have great street-level interaction
8. ???
