was able to confirm that the NE tower does cover the 'scar' and continue the lower street wall... bKL is even trying to find ways to introduce some glazing in to the lower parts of the wall in the parking levels...
overall plan includes some very clever landscaping...
the towers are mostly or all glass when I saw them with some interesting folded plane stuff going on... hard to describe... no clear geometric form gimmicks like Vista...
