I'm assuming what threw many off was the location of Frost in each pic but that's easily explained because the second pic wasn't taken from the same location as the first. It's kinda funny that they felt it necessary to actually have a reporter drive around looking for the angle to verify it lol.

Everybody is too busy bitching about new buildings only being 400 feet tall to notice the amazing density that is developing downtown. You can be blown away approaching downtown from several directions today, It is not an optical illusion. Downtown Austin has become a real urban space.
