It would be 120' (5-1 FAR) without a density bonus which is about the height of the rendering. With a density bonus it could be 200' (8-1 FAR).
About a quart of that block has a CVC running through it. The portion where this project is planned isn't affected. I know that's a little bit outside of the heart of downtown, though, technically still within the official boundary lines of it, but I would really like to see something tall there. We really are running out of places where something tall can go, so I wish developers would aim big on these lots with no CVC on them.
