The open house had a decent turnout (About 40 people) when I was there anyway around 5pm. A fairly wide range demographic were chatting with the developers/consultants. And then there were about 20 or so folks 70+ in age sitting opposite from the developers just waiting to unload their wrath of passionate disapproval (which is to be expected).
I spoke with one consultant who said they are taking it to city council soon. This week or next week.
I did overhear however that if approval goes well, they could start selling as early as the spring.
