That's not worse. It's not good, but the current structure looks bad. Flatten out the arches and you're doing better.
Glazing isn't everything, but seeing a new building so underglazed as the one on osborne seems negligent to me. You have to be able to see out! Looks like a modernized burtalist brick! Don't let brutalism happen again!
That said, I'm happy that more activity is brought to the area, full stop.
