Me too. Unlike Nland Surf Park that went all in and if I'm correct, did not rely totally on investors, this one does and would be built in 3 phases, the first phase being a very modest 50K to 60K square feet. That's about a third of the size of an HEB Plus. Think Austin Aquarium. Start off too small and most people will think it sucks and never go back. The people who would love to snow ski off season because they travel to ski resorts in season, would find this tiny gesture very Austin Aquarium. This thing won't last 2 years if built in phases. It won't generate enough revenue to justify a phase 2.
