The pending permit just mentions 23, 3 story townhomes. Nothing about any high rise. That of course doesn't mean anything, especially with the direct developer permits that have been used lately for a handful of new highrises, which don't show up in the system until it's issued.

No, there would be no room for the tower. His zoning change never moved forward and now he's used up the bulk of the MLA and probably all the FAR on the townhomes. Plus, unless he plans on 10 ft wide townhouses 23 are gonna eat up the frontages on both the street and the alley side.
