Certainly, but that is essentially what I am getting at. We are seeing slower growth rates, and stagnant growth in raw numbers. Since 1981, I believe that only 1 census period saw less population growth in raw numbers, and 1 census period saw similar population growth (around 150k). The rest were above. Vancouver's growth is middling.
