Not much information is available so far, but this is what we have so far:

Developer: THIND Properties
Architect: Chris Dikeakos Architects
Address: 2425 Beta Avenue, Burnaby
Current Status: Preconstruction

It will be a master-planned residential community with one, two and three-bedroom condos and townhomes. At least one of the towers will be 39 stories tall (https://www.buzzbuzzhome.com/ca/lumina-brentwood). There will be 802 apartment units and 61 townhome units (http://www.wallacegreen.ca/buildings/vie...y-north/brentwood-park/2425-alpha-avenue).

The marketing material states that there will be four towers but that appears to be false. The rendering only illustrates 3 towers and other sites indicate only 3 towers will be built.

The first tower will be called "Waterfall". It is adjacent to the Concord Pacific masterplan community Concord Brentwood and will be located beside a proposed new park. The new masterplan development will include townhome units fronting onto Beta and Alaska Street. (http://www.wallacegreen.ca/buildings/vie...y-north/brentwood-park/2425-alpha-avenue)

Other details:

Priced from $380,000
9-ft ceilings
Residential-only community
Concierge Service
Integrated Bosch appliance package
Air conditioning
Neighbouring a new 13-acre park
