Looking at their other projects, there could be some validity to the Austin concept, but I'm skeptical as well.
They are based out of Carmel, IN (north suburb of Indianapolis), and most of their local projects featured have been developed (City of Carmel police/courthouse, TireRack, Roche Diagnostics) or have been sites that were recently bid on or in development (Block 20, Broad Ripple site).
However, Studio M isn't a top-tier firm, even in Indy, so I'd be curious how they were tapped if this is a real project.
