Usually these agencies move at a glacial pace. But there is a lot of money wrapped up in that piece of land. I know this was already in the works before the whole sanctuary city/Hernandez spat with the Gov, but I'm glad they are moving forward with the sale. I was never in favor of a courthouse there.
BTW, I'm not trying to start a political debate - I don't really care which side people are on; you do you - I'm just making a general cause and effect observation which is probably off base anyway.
