So it appears that View Cone 3.2.1 (QE Park) is being enforced for 1500 West Georgia and 1550 Alberni, but not this tower.
For 1550 Alberni, that application also references viewcones B1 and C1.
So 1455 West Georgia will be the dominant tower in the area.
