The major metros they're in are, in descending size, New York City, Chicago, D.C., Miami, Vegas, and Honolulu. Clearly they're already focusing on the largest major cities and magnetic tourist destinations, so this list is just a continuation of that in that Dallas, San Francisco, Denver, and Seattle are all huge.
There have also been, at one point, plans for hotels in New Orleans and Phoenix. I can see both of those cities being resurrected, the former for tourism the latter for size (though Phoenix doesn't quite "sound" like a place a Trump Intl hotel would be, to me at least). As to others, Miami, Houston, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, San Diego, Boston, Austin, San Jose, and Nashville probably round out the list of anything possible for this expansion for the main brand.
