The owners of the adjacent heritage Royal Bank of Canada Building are proposing 625 West Hastings, and it is reportedly the one most likely to be built first, as per jlousa.
Also, what happened to 601 West Hastings? You reported a rumour it would likely start in the first quarter of 2016. And you honestly think 555 West Cordova is still alive near term?
