You can't water down residential towers much more, now office towers are trending the same way. Office towers are becoming condo towers without balconies.

Really? MNP tower looks quite like the model of this project - somewhere in the blue-grey spectrum; so was 980 Howe. 745 Thurlow was very, very green - almost Harbour Green 3 green. The Exchange seems to be grey, not really green tinted. Only Telus, and arguably Nordstrom/Pacific Centre has the untinted natural mineral green that you aren't feeling the love for.
