Not to get off topic but Metrotower III was sold last year to Metro Vancouver. They occupy about half the building.
For this project, I think it will lease out really well. The floorplates are even smaller than MNP Tower and conducive to small 2,500-5,000 SF tenants which make up the bulk of Vancouver companies with downtown office locations.
