I'm actually one of those people, luckily I work from home for the most part,lol, but my office is in north Phoenix. When I do have to drive to the office it's nice because you drive in the opposite direction of all the bad traffic. Many mid-millenials (20 something's) particularly those that are unmarried or childless already do this. they live in Tempe, Scottsdale, Central Phoenix and commute out to the Kierland area, Priest Corridor or deer valley
