Seattle
does get snow, though somewhat less than Vancouver. What it does get is more feezing rain. I remember many years ago, March 1st, Vancouver had rain, Seattle was glazed in ice.
What a rambunctious mess they had, with those hills. BTW, the hills of San Fran are infinitely more dramatic than Seattle's, though I like the hilliness of Seattle, too.
