Who knows. It could happen- this time. Toronto-Montreal or Toronto-Ottawa would be much more sensible for our first HSR line, but it would be great to have it in the south west.

The cynic in me says that we'll see a Toronto - Montréal line first. As you know, what Quebec wants, it gets and bugger anyone to the west of Quebec who objects or wants a fair share of the pie.
